Uploads always hang in the "finalizing" state.

This product sucks. Uploads always hang in the "finalizing" state. I've never been able to really use this product since I paid for the account years ago! Not sure why or how anyone ever uses it?! Are you ever going to fix this nonsense or have you stopped supporting the product?!
